- Can I cancel anytime?
- Yes. From Settings → Billing. Your plan stays active until the end of the current month, then drops to Free.
- Do you offer refunds?
- EU consumers get a 14-day cooling-off refund on the first purchase. After that we don't pro-rate partial months. See the Refund Policy.
- What about taxes?
- Prices are exclusive of VAT / sales tax. Our payment processor computes and adds the correct rate at checkout based on your billing address.
- Can I change plans?
- Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and are pro-rated. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period.
- Annual billing?
- Coming soon — email us if you want it now and we'll set it up manually with a 2-month discount.
